So last Sunday we made new recipes with some seasonal ingredients.
We think the best of them is “white salad“.

White salad
It’s made with fennel, white grapes, toasted cashews and seasoned with olive oil, salt and honey. It’s the ideal side dish for roasted meat and fish.
