The art of Italian cooking: pasta with leaf cabbage and beans
Saturday 4 September 2010Hi, this is the sixty seventh post about the art of cooking Italian pasta.
Carlo and I created a lot of new recipes with pasta with fish, meat and vegetable sauce. So today we want to present a very tasty one-plate meal whose main ingredients are: pasta, leaf cabbage, tomatoes, good-quality extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs. Fall is going and this recipe may be interesting.
It’s easy-to-do and very cheap.
Generally we use a typical Sardinian pasta called malloreddus or little dry dumpings.
It can be a recipe for your weekly fall and winter menu.
Test it and email us your comment
