Where to eat in Bologna: Chet Baker restaurant

Charles and I  are in Bologna. Today Pasta Trend begins.  The fair is only in its second year but draws much interest. On the other hand what is the typical Italian food?
And for us who are concerned with food and healthy eating, among other things, it is indispensable to take note of the news.

So we arrived last night.
And last night we had dinner in a place that we want to tell you about.
It ‘s the restaurant  Chet Baker via Polese 7 / A in Bologna.
In the historic center. Fairly easy to find. We have found it on Internet.
Balanced menu card. Some traditional dishes from Bologna and Italy. Choice of fish and meat.
But it is its environment and atmosphere that makes the difference. It ‘s a place where you can listen to live jazz. Fantastic!
The walls are covered with photos of jazz legends. The decor is modern, not sought. And it is nice to have dinner with the background music that allows you to chat.
When the quartet arrives you can forget to speak. But what’s the matter? they sound so good that it is a pleasure to hear.
Fantastic evening with good food and wine, their aroma and notes that seem to come so easily from the instruments. What’s better in life?
Our menu last tonight?
Tagliatelle with meat sauce, shrimp with bacon and potatoes. Excellent, everything!
Seeing these artists to play seems so easy to play but in reality there is a real art  that makes everything appear so natural.
The same goes for everything, including cooking, do not you agree?
