Hi, this is the fifty second entry about the art of cooking Italian pasta.
Today’s post is dedicated to another pasta salad: pasta salad with octopus.
How tasty it is! Do you like octopus.
In Italy we like it very much. We combine it with potatoes, green beans, pulses, pasta …. for fantastic recipes as this one.
If you read its nutrition facts you can notice the high amount of protein. This is a problem and it depends on this fact: octopus is reduced very much by cooking.
Daily menu. You have to choose very carefully what to eat in the other meals. Vegetables can be the right choice.
Look at this page for some recipe ideas.
You can prepare this recipe for a special occasion. What can be other dishes to accompany it for a buffet party? a slunch?
Choose the recipe you prefer among pizzas, starters, fish and/or meat dishes
An example: four season pizza cut into pieces, savory cookies for a cocktail party, Neapolitan gatò, classic Italian antipasto (or in other words a platter of assorted salami with some vegetables in oil), salmon carpaccio, rabbit salad. To close choose a fantastic Italian dessert
