Hi, this is the forty seventh entry about the art of cooking Italian pasta.
It’s hot and we keep on showing you our original home cooking about pasta salads.
Generally they’re easy-to-do, tasty and you can make them some hours ahead and chill until serving.
Have you ever tested a pasta salad recipe made with fish and vegetables?
Here it is: pasta salad with salmon trout fillets and green beans. Fantastic!
Look at the photo: this pasta salad is made with spelt pasta. This is the pasta Carlo and I have the habit to use for our daily menu based on healthy eating. Obviously you can make it with your preferred pasta.
It’s a beautiful idea for a pasta salad recipe. Ideal for summer menus but for winter menus too! Why?
You can make it for a buffet dinner or lunch in winter if you have to celebrate something special. In winter you can combine warm and cold dishes in a fantastic buffet. This pasta salad recipe can be one of the dishes.
Trout and green beans haven’t strong taste and so they can combined with other fish, meat or vegetables.
If you make it in winter don’t chill until serving but keep in a cool place.
What can be other dishes to accompany this pasta salad to have a complete buffet dinner or lunch in winter?
Rice croquettes, grapes and cheese on skewers, orange-flavored prawns, fennel and tuna savory pie, pizzas cut into little pieces, chicken galantine, simple beef rolls …
It’s really mouth-watering! Astonish your guests with such a menu!
At the end we need your help. We have some doubt about green beans, French beans and string beans …
What is the most frequent term you use or you find on Internet?
